My research interests range from investigating factors influencing career success in online professional social networks, the use of indirect linguistic measures on individual difference variables, selection, food insecurity, and the role of AI in the modern workplace.

We examine the effects of forward-looking information in loan loss provisions (LLPs) as reflected in the current expected credit losses model (CECL) on bank disclosure uncertainty and its effect on the procyclicality of bank lending. We use a difference-in-differences approach and find that public bank holding companies (BHCs) adopting CECL in 2020 disclosed LLP information with less uncertainty than did BHCs that had yet to adopt CECL.
