Currently, I am an Assistant Professor of Management at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. My research interests range from investigating factors influencing career success in online professional social networks, the use of indirect linguistic measures on individual difference variables, selection, food insecurity, and the role of AI in the modern workplace.
